　　在培训中，大队宣传员耐心地向老人们和工作人员揭示了生活中常见的火灾隐患和预防措施，用典型的火灾案例为铺垫，生动形象的展示了火灾的危险性以及预防火灾的重要性，并详细介绍了火灾发生的原因、日常防火常识、灭火器的使用方法、初期火灾扑救等消防知识，讲解了用火、用电、用气等方面的消防安全常识，教会了每位老人发生火灾时如何报火警、如何自救以及疏散逃生等基本技能。最后，大队宣传人员强调：养老院里老人大多行动不便，一旦发生火灾疏散较为困难，易发生群死群伤事故，养老院负责人要根据养老院老人多、疏散困难等特点，以社会单位“四个能力”建设为着力点，督促养老院职工熟练掌握灭火逃生等基本技能，做好突发事件的应急疏散，抓好消防设施器材的日常检查保养工作，确保发生火灾事故后能妥善处理。
